Annual Black History Cup Finals — 19th October 2024

SeakAid proudly partnered with London Vets Ballerz at the iconic St George’s Park for a powerful day of football, culture, and community. Teams from across London competed in a celebration of Black excellence and grassroots sport. The event paid tribute to two legends — Lord Herman Ouseley, founder of Kick It Out, and Kevin Campbell, Everton’s first Black captain. Honouring the Windrush Generation’s legacy, the day featured vibrant matches, live music, food stalls, and family fun — uniting people through the power of sport.

Annual Black History Cup — 30th October 2022

SeakAid joined London Vets Ballerz at Colliers Wood FC for the Black History Cup 2022, an event rooted in celebrating legacy, diversity, and community. Conceived by Conrad from Jamrock FC and Ben Cascoe of London South United FC, the tournament was created in response to the FA’s lack of grassroots initiatives during Black History Month. The day featured football, community engagement, and cultural highlights—including music from DJ Normski and food by Auntie Bonnie’s Jamaican Cuisine. SeakAid was proud to support the event with artwork, promotion, and kit donation drives, helping to repurpose old sports gear for children in need across the UK and Caribbean.
