From Barnes to Grenada (Update): Follow the Boot

A few weeks ago we shared the story behind our St Paul’s Boot Drive — a community effort that helped us get much-needed football boots to St Andrew’s School for Special Education in Grenada.

Now we’re excited to share a simple follow-up: the barrel has arrived, it’s been opened, and the boots are being tried on.

This is the moment every donor hopes for — seeing pre-loved kit turn into fresh confidence, movement, and opportunity.

The barrel is open — and the impact is real

There’s something powerful about that first look inside the barrel. Boots that were sitting in cupboards in the UK are suddenly on the ground in Grenada, ready for young people to lace up and get active.

“Trying them on” — the best part of the journey

One of the most meaningful parts of kit redistribution is the moment it becomes personal.
